Owner Setup Guide

Register & Login

Go to walkinonline.com -> click Get Started -> enter details -> Register -> log in to Dashboard.

Dashboard Overview

Scan daily insights (wait times, customers) and review historical transactions in calendar view.

Create Shop Profile

Shops -> Create New Shop -> add name, address, hours, timezone -> Create Shop.

Add Employees

Artist Management -> Add Artist -> name + email -> set availability -> Save.

Add Services

Services -> Add Service -> name + duration + price -> Save.

Assign Services to Artists

Artist page -> Services -> tick the services each artist can perform.

Manage Queue

Queue Dashboard -> update statuses (Checked In / In Service / Completed / Cancelled) for walk-ins & appointments.

Set Up Walk-In Display

Open Walk-In Screen on a TV/monitor to show live queue, wait times, and who's being served.

Go to walkinonline.com -> enter your email + password -> open Artist Dashboard.

Appointments page -> set status (Scheduled / Checked In / In Service / Completed / Cancelled / No Show).

Schedule page -> Add Schedule -> set start & end -> apply to multiple days if needed.

Left: walk-ins Right: appointments -> update progress directly from each card.

Name + phone + party size (e.g., John: 2 people).

Select service (e.g., Haircut) and preferred barber (e.g., Adam).
